she said let's concentrate on adding the good stuff - greens, veggies, fruit, not concentrating on depriving. loved that, felt better, made my head relax and get around the idea better.
one thing i never do is put beans in a salad, but we discussed that is another way to get some protein in my salads, other ideas that i don't use but can start avocados. making a wrap of the salad, adding chicken (always want to do this but too lazy to cook chicken ahead of game)
my goal is to really try to cut DOWN on the fast food and try to find the time to prep food ahead so it is easier to make it. baby steps. i want it as a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. i can remember the first time i realize soda made me feel sick and bloated, i finally stopped drinking it and felt better and NOW i only have it as a treat once in a while. i use to get this yummy french toast at a bfast place, oh lord it was good but i recall how crappy i would feel after it....and finally i got it, i know go there and i do not order it. i don't want to deprive, i just want to figure out what makes my body work well and feel good. i hate that i feel exhausted at 4pm, i hate that i crash and feel like i will faint.
