Are you kidding me ?
I saw a commercial for John and Kate plus 8. They took the kids skiing. SKIING. All the kids. In jackets, hats, mittens, boots, skis, boots. Honestly ?

holy crap. I officially nominate Jon and Kate for parents of the year. Just remembering all those mittens alone is worth the award.
That had to be a sponsored bit for the show. That much equipment would cost a fortune to rent! I am amazed that they would even try something like that though. WOW!
Ack! I can barely manage to get Hope and I into winter gear mch less 7 more kids. Sheesh, just the thought of that makes me shudder.
You know, I really liked them when I watched their specials. (Before they had a series.) Now they just irritate me. It isn't about what their life is really like with that many kids, it's about TLC sending them on trips they wouldn't have been able to afford if they didn't do that show. You know that trip was not only paid for, but they had help, too.
I hate getting all of that gear on myself, much less 8 kids.
Insane! Taking three skiing was crazy enough.
I'm afraid of what ski school for 8 kids would cost.
I'd rather slice off my own eyelids with a dull knife. Then again, I don't ski.

I saw that episode. They also took along 2 people to help them. Not to mention, I'm sure the crew helps more than we think. Still, it couldn't have been easy. I think they're crazy.
I really enjoyed that at first too, but if you watched the pre show, all of the ski equipment and the luxury accommodations were provided for them. If I knew having all those kids would get me all that free stuff, including spa massages..I'd of had more kids!!
Those people are CRAAAAAZY. I wouldn't take my ONE two-year old skiing. They are ON. CRACK. And, they totally HAD to have had a lot of help. There is no way.
